How are EcoPods constructed?

Studio Pods are built using pre-fabricated panels. Before construction starts, a civil engineer will arrive for a site survey. The first two days will be spent building a stable foundation. After a crew arrives with pre-fabricated panels and begin assembling the studio pod. The total construction time will be less than 4 weeks. The crew will finish off by installing any upgrades of your choice: deck addition, electrical, or heating.

Is a Permit Required?

The Studio Pods models built by NIKOS are designed so they need NO permit. The Ontario Building Code requires a permit for structures ONLY exceeding 108 square feet. All studios are 108 sqft or less.

What can I customize?

Customers can choose any options we have available to customize siding, flooring, and fitups. Since construction suppliers are experiencing intense shortages of material, email us with your model and color to get shipping times.

How long is the construction process?

The total construction time will be less than 4 weeks. If all the material you choose is readily available, the construction process will take around 3 week.
